It is highly important to develop leaders within the club, it is like developing clubs by teams instead by individuals , this is the highest compliment you can give to members by helping them to be useful and find satisfaction of being a Lion through various Lion's Leadership programs at club, zone, region and district level. The most stable organization have strong leaders at every level, a most effective way for the growth and retention .
For motivating members it is important to encourage them to become future leaders of our organization. The District Governor's office encourages Leadership trainings at all levels and for the same the above graduates should be approached for presentations and trainings .
The District officers are also required to take advantage for guidance on their portfolio to execute their duties .
