Leadership Developement and Training

Dear Lions,
It is my proud privilege to introduce you to Leadership Development and Training. I will request all ZC and RC to censure that the information herein is circulated widely.
The objective of any training is to help every member achieve the goal of better serving his or her community. Training helps members realize the potential that their unique skills and knowledge can offer.
Our District has very capable Lions who can take the helm of leadership through training. Training offered at various levels include as follows:
1. Orientation at Club Levels to be carried out by a club member.
2. CEP Lite training at Club levels to be carried out by a Club Member.
3. CEP Pro training at Club levels to be carried out by an external Lion Facilitator.
4. Customised training on demand at Club Level through inviting a Lion Facilitator who has undertaken RLLI/ALLI or is a FDI. Senior Lions who have served at DG level also have the desired capacity to train.
5. Regional leadership Training at District Level
6. Advance Leadership Training at Constitutional Area Level
7. Faculty Development Institute Training at Constitutional Area Level
8. Webinars. These are virtual lecture or training session presented live on the Internet to allow Lions from around the world to learn on various topics of interest.
I will urge all members both collectively or at club level to divulge their interest and contact me for the preferred need so that we can work together to improve our knowledge base and further Serve as a leadership resource.
Lions should by all means pursue additional leadership and training roles and responsibilities in their respective zones, regions, districts, multiple districts, and constitutional areas. Lions should share their experiences with other members and encourage other Lions to apply for training whenever a chance occurs.
We should all continue to enhance our skills through practice and participation in development opportunities

1.Orientation of Prospective Members
