On 12th September 2015, the Lions of Entebbe engaged the Children at Kiwafu Primary School Entebbe to read the books that had just arrived a few minutes ago with Lion Professor Mercy Mirembe Ntangaare to the the Children's Library at Kiwafu Primary School Entebbe.
The project had been Launched last month and is coordinated by Agha Khan Foundation but implemented in 16 Centres nationwide as Agha Khn was already engaged in a similar program with Madarasa schools. Poor Reading is affecting graduates in Uganda; hence the need to encourage
children at an early age.

This is just the beginning and more reading books and safes will be procured and fundraised from Lions, parents and well wishers
