Busia Greater Lions Club in line with the international Presidents theme and Lions Clubs International did Observe the children’s dignity week where the Club members visited Noah’s Ark orphanage center and provided food items, Washing and Bathing soap, Vaseline jelly and juice to the orphans.
The facility manager explained to the lions the needs of the children and the work so far done including resettling up of 15 children back to their home and others getting adapted by foster families, she encouraged lion members to help and adapt some children in order for them to experience parental love since most of them were abandoned one day after birth.
