In living up to service to the less fortunate in society, Lions Club of Kumi Central on 3rd September 2015 provided food and sanitation items to children who are malnourished and are undergoing medication at Kumi hospital nutrition unit.
A total of eleven (11) children are cared for at the unit to try and improve on their livelihood. The club donated sugar, milk , posho, soap and local nutritious fish to the children.
This activity was undertaken in line with the need to dignity the lives of children during the children's dignity week.
